mnu_task(rename) - Rename Task

The purpose of this function is to allow a task to be renamed. It will also rename all other references to this TASK_ID on all related database tables.

This form is accessed by selecting entries in the List Task screen before pressing the 'RENAME' button in the navigation bar.

Upon pressing the SUBMIT button the menu database will be searched, and all occurrences of 'old task id' will be renamed to 'new task id'.
