mnu_subsystem(add1) - Add Subsystem

The purpose of this form is to allow the user to add a new entry to the SUBSYSTEM table. It should be followed by running the Build Directory task which will create the file structure for all files which will be required for this subsystem.

This form is accessed by the 'NEW' option on the navigation bar of the List Subsystem screen.
