mnu_help_text_alt(enq1) - Enquire Help Text (Alternative Language)

The purpose of this function is to allow the user to view the details of entries on the HELP-TEXT-ALT table.

This form is accessed by selecting entries in the Maintain Alternative Languages for HELP_TEXT screen before pressing the 'READ' button in the navigation bar.
