dict_relationship(output3) - Output Relationships to PDF (Detail view)

The purpose of this function is to export details from the DICT_RELATIONSHIP table in printable PDF format in Detail view.

This form is accessed from the List Relationship screen by pressing the 'Output to PDF(D)' button in the navigation bar.
